01 / Scope
Understand the project
We agree the project boundary, who benefits, what changed and which funding or reporting decision the evidence must support.
Royaviators / Impact Baseline
You are doing meaningful work. We help turn the information you already have into a measurable project baseline, a clear view of the evidence and reporting material a funder can understand.
Designed for small teams, research pilots and project operators that do not have a dedicated impact measurement team.

What cannot yet be claimed
We do the structuring and analysis with you. Your team keeps ownership of its data, reviews the interpretation and knows what can — and cannot — be reported.
01 / Scope
We agree the project boundary, who benefits, what changed and which funding or reporting decision the evidence must support.
02 / Plan
We map activities, outputs and outcomes; then document indicators, units, baselines, targets, time periods and responsible people.
03 / Collect
We gather field records, spreadsheets, photos, research and other sources. Missing information is recorded rather than guessed.
04 / Assure
We inspect sources, dates, methods and limitations, and distinguish project statements from evidence reviewed or independently verified.
05 / Share
You receive an indicator register, evidence inventory, visual baseline and a clear summary for project decisions and funder conversations.
The baseline is a defined piece of work with concrete deliverables, not a promise of a generic impact score.
A clear link from activities to intended results, with boundaries and assumptions.
Definitions, units, baseline values, targets, measurement dates and sources.
What has been supplied, what has been checked and what still needs evidence.
A practical, repeatable view of where the project stands — not an unsupported impact score.
A shareable PDF describing the findings, data quality, limitations and next measurements.
Our work distinguishes activities and outputs from outcomes, records every source and makes unsupported claims visible. A source review is not independent impact verification.
Submitted by project
A statement or measurement provided by the delivery team.
Source assessed
Supporting material examined for traceability, consistency and limitations.
Independent verification
A separate formal assessment by a qualified independent party, when required.
Training initiatives, local programmes and projects that support participation and skills.
Visitor initiatives, local participation and community-led tourism.
Operational improvements, pilots and research programmes with measurable outcomes.
Indicators and methods are selected for each project's actual activities, available evidence and reporting requirements.
No. A baseline makes the quality and gaps of the existing evidence explicit. We never fill missing measurements with invented results.
No. A Royaviators assessment organises and critically reviews evidence. Formal independent verification, assurance or certification is a separate engagement with a qualified third party.
We prepare the evidence and reporting material relevant to funding. Grant eligibility, application writing and award decisions are separate from evidence assessment.
No. The interactive sample uses invented teaching data, clearly labelled as such. A real baseline is based on the documents and measurements of your own project.
A short project description, your intended outcomes and any existing records are enough to start a scoping conversation.
